1. We have an opening for a patent agent/attorney:

A patent agent/attorney who is licensed to practice before the SIPO

Qualifications:
At least a B.S. degree in Electric Engineering, Computer Sciences or related technical fields, preferably with advanced degrees such as M.S. or Ph. D;
Skilled at least in written English, preferably also skilled in written German or Japanese;
At least two or three years of experience in patent prosecution with PCT and foreign prosecution, preferably with some experience in trademark registration, with a working permit;
And licensed to practice before the Chinese Patent and Trademark Office.

2. We have two openings for patent agent trainees with chemistry and biotechnology background

Qualifications:
At least a B.S. degree in molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, immunology, chemistry or chemical engineering and other related fields, preferably with an advanced degree, such as M.S. or Ph. D;
Skilled at least in written English, and competent in technical writings and translation; preferably in written German or Japanese;
No patent licenses are required, but must be willing to study and take the test within a year; and no experience in patent prosecution is necessary, will train on the job.
